Science is everywhere! Spend time outdoors during this program checking out telescopes of the night sky (weather permitting) or exploring low-light science experiments on a short night hike with Naturalists. Indoors, participants rotate through stations performing experiments on their own, or as part of a group demonstration covering different chemistry and physics topics! All family members are welcome, but the activities are appropriate for ages 5 - 12. Online registration is required for all participants. Due to limited space, advance please notify us if you are unable to attend.
Make something beautifully rustic and loaded with country charm for the holidays. Join our professional florist for a lesson in floral design. You will create a fragrant wreath of assorted evergreens, pinecones, berries, and bows. Materials and instruction are provided but the creative touches are all yours. Feel free to bring personal embellishments to accent it for your home. This class is appropriate for adults and children ages 10 and over accompanied by an adult.
