This event features a cohort of 20 Greater Cincinnatians specially selected because of their civic participation and dedication (including Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney, Adrian Flores, Tarita Preston, Jack Louiso, Julie Kirkpatrick, Alfonso Cornejo, Leslie Ghiz, and Charleston Wang) who will each read a portion of “the document that changed the world.” Followed by a performance by No Promises Vocal Band and other artistic entertainment. Click here for more information.
While one of our busiest and most fun, unfortunately, the 4th of July is one of the biggest weekends of the year for litter and debris being left behind. We want everyone to come out and enjoy our parks, but when you do please do your part to keep our public greenspaces clean and safe for everyone to enjoy.
Park Rules While celebrating please remember:
-
It is prohibited for individuals to set off fireworks at parks.
-
Throw all trash in trash cans. Please do not litter.
-
Do not set up tents, or any set-up that requires staking the ground.
From all of us at Cincinnati Parks, Happy 250th Birthday USA! We wish you a safe and enjoyable birthday party.
