Join us for an indoor guided Forest Bathing Walk at Krohn Conservatory. Enjoy the serenity of nature and relax your mind as you slowly walk through the tropical foliage, breathing in the scents of the flowers surrounding you, and reawakening all five senses. Learn simple nature-based therapy tips you can integrate into your daily life to relax your mind and restore your body. The program includes a slow guided walk with a sequence of soothing, nature-based readings, moments of stillness, and poetry led by Pam Lowe Cho, ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide and Executive Coach. Forest Bathing is one of the most exciting and rapidly growing relaxation practices being used by wellness practitioners around the world. Held against the backdrop of a vast variety of plants and flowers, this program is designed after a Japanese-inspired practice called “ShinrinYoku” (translated as forest bathing or bathing in the healing elements of nature).
