Water Works Director Appointed to Water Research Foundation Board of Directors

Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) is pleased to announce the appointment of our Director, Cathy Bernardino Bailey, to the Water Research Foundation (WRF) Board of Directors.
WRF is the leading not-for-profit research cooperative that advances the science of water to protect public health and the environment. As an internationally-recognized leader in water science and cutting-edge research, WRF provides industry insights in all areas of drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse; and practical solutions to the most complex challenges facing the water community today and into the future.
Members of the WRF Board of Directors are leaders in the water community – representing water utilities and professional foundations and associations from around the world.
“We continue to see the great impact that research conducted by WRF provides to the water industry,” says Bailey. “I am excited to have GCWW represented on the Foundation and eager to take an active role in the success of the organization.” She believes the GCWW and WRF missions are greatly aligned, and that the collaborative works of both groups are more important than ever.
