GCWW Holds Customer Support Pop-Up Events

CINCINNATI, OH — Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) will hold a series of Customer Support Pop-Up Events this month at convenient locations throughout the 
community. GCWW customers can ask account-related questions and get help with payment inquiries, customer assistance programs, work order requests, and more.

The events will be held at the following times and locations:
• Monday, May 11 (10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) --
    Forest Park Library Meeting Room B, 660 Northland Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45240
• Friday, May 15 (10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) --
    Pleasant Ridge Library Meeting Room, 6233 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45213
• Thursday, May 28 (1 to 5 p.m.) --
    Price Hill Library Meeting Room 212, 970 Purcell Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45205

Please note: GCWW staff will not be able to handle any financial transactions at these events.
