Bill Assistance for Low-Income Seniors and Disabled Veterans

The Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) offers a Discount 4U program to help low-income senior citizens and disable veterans pay their water bills. If you meet the GCWW Discount 4U eligibility requirements, you will receive a 25% discount on your monthly water charges. The estimated annual savings for a GCWW senior or veteran customer is $65 (or more) per year.

Eligibility is based on age, proof of VA disability benefits, income, and property ownership.

Eligibility

If you meet the GCWW Discount 4U eligibility requirements, you will receive a 25% discount on your monthly water charges. Following approval, your 25% discount will be applied to the water charges beginning on the next full billing cycle.

 

To be eligible for the GCWW Discount 4U program you must:

• Be 65 years of age and/or a disabled veteran.
• Have a Modified Ohio Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) of no more than $40,000*.
  *Tax Year 2024, adjusted yearly based on index
• Own and live in the residence for which you are paying the GCWW water bill.
