If your water service is facing disconnection or has already been shut off, Greater Cincinnati Water Works has a variety of ways to assist you. GCWW has implemented a new payment plan and bill assistance program to reduce or eliminate delinquent balances and to assist customers who are still struggling to pay past-due bills. These programs have already helped thousands of customers!

I want to enroll in an interest-free payment plan and determine if I am eligible for debt relief.
Customers may be eligible for a debt relief credit when enrolling in a flexible, interest-free payment plans.
I am a tenant who lives in the City of Cincinnati and wants to apply for financial assistance.
GCWW may apply federal funds to pay up to 18 months for past-due and current utilities for households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Applicants must be a tenant residing in the City of Cincinnati and may not qualify if they have received Emergency Rental Assistance in the past.
