GCWW is Making the Move to Monthly Billing in January of 2018!
Dec 07, 2017
Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) customers, as well as Cincinnati City Council and Hamilton County Commissioners, have requested that GCWW transition from quarterly to monthly billing. In keeping with what is best for our customers and stakeholders, GCWW is Moving to Monthly Billing in January of 2018!
There are many benefits to Monthly Billing -- it will allow customers to more effectively manage their bill, view monthly consumption, and get regular updates, just to name a few. The transition will take place in two easy phases:
- First, every customer will receive a "catch-up" bill in January 2018. The January bill amount will vary, based on the days of service since the last quarterly bill.
- Then in February, customers will receive their first true "monthly" bill.
For additional details, visit Monthly.myGCWW.org or call (513) 591-7700 to speak to a GCWW Customer Care Representative.
GCWW encourages customers to go paperless and sign up for auto pay as well. Start now by enrolling at Portal.myGCWW.org.
Additional methods and locations for accepting payments are also being developed and will be shared later in 2018. Stay tuned!
