Food Equity

The Food Equity Program works collaboratively with local stakeholders to increase food access and distribution to communities which have been historically underserved.

Cincy Freeze & Feed is a community food access program in Cincinnati designed to reduce food waste and expand access to healthy, nutritious meals for residents in need. It places freezers stocked with frozen ready-to-eat meals at accessible community sites so residents can take meals as needed, no questions asked. We are thrilled to share that the Cincy Freeze & Feed program was featured in the statewide Ohio 2025 Food Recovery Report for its work in reducing food waste and increasing access to healthy meals across Cincinnati. Read the full statewide report
