Background

The owner, Onyx+East, is requesting a Major Amendment to the Concept Plan and a Final Development Plan for PD-94 (the Crossbuck), at 3033 Jared Ellis Drive in Oakley. The changes are to facilitate the construction of a new maintenance garage and resident amenity spaces, including a dog park and pickleball courts.
