Proposed Final Development Plan for PD-102 at 100 E Corry Street in Corryville

 

Project Summary and Background

Kinglsey + Co. is proposing a Final Development Plan (FDP) for Planned Development #102 (PD-102) located at 100 E Corry Street. The proposed FDP is for an approximately 1.7029-acre site located at the northeast intersection of E. Corry Street and Euclid Avenue in Corryville. The Final Development Plan should substantially comply with the Concept Plan and Development Program Statement approved by City Council in March of 2025.

The proposed development would consist of 180 student housing units ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, including four-bedroom townhomes. The proposed development would also include 208 vehicular parking spaces and 299 bicycle parking spaces. The parking spaces would be located underneath a podium. The site is less than 0.25 miles from the University of Cincinnati’s main campus and close to multiple public transit options, including four bus stops.
