Proposed Zone Change and Final Development Plan to establish a Planned Development in Westwood

 

Background

MBL DerbyCity Development, LLC (an affiliate of LDG Development) is proposing a zone change and Final Development Plan to establish a Planned Development zoning district at the former Western Hills Sports Mall site. The Planned Development would allow a multi-family residential development consisting of 167 residential units in four multi-story buildings ranging from 3 to 4 stories, with associated parking, landscaping, and amenities. The residential development is intended to be affordable to households with an average income of 60% of the area median income (AMI).

​A proposal for a Planned Development has been submitted, and the following subjects will be reviewed at the listed City Planning Commission date:

  • ​A report and recommendation on a proposed zone change from CG-A-MH to Planned Development (PD), including a Concept Plan and Development Program Statement, at 2323 Ferguson Road in Westwood.
  • A report and recommendation on a proposed Final Development Plan for the Planned Development (PD) located at 2323 Ferguson Road in Westwood.

Members of the public may attend in person at City Hall, watch in real time on CitiCable, or livestream the meeting at www.cincinnati-oh.gov/media. It’s encouraged to reach out to DCPE if you plan on providing public comment at the meeting. Please note that persons must submit a request to kyle.gibbs@cincinnati-oh.gov no less than 48 hours in advance of the meeting to gain virtual access.
