Proposed Planned Development in Westwood
Background
MBL DerbyCity Development, LLC (an affiliate of LDG Development) is proposing a zone change and Final Development Plan to establish a Planned Development zoning district at the former Western Hills Sports Mall site. The Planned Development would allow a multi-family residential development consisting of 167 residential units in four multi-story buildings ranging from 3 to 4 stories, with associated parking, landscaping, and amenities. The residential development is intended to be affordable to households with an average income of 60% of the area median income (AMI).
