Roselawn Neighborhood Plan

Background
The Roselawn Neighborhood Plan is a collaborative effort between the City of Cincinnati Department of City Planning and Engagement, KZF Design, and the Roselawn community to create a shared vision for the neighborhood’s future. This Plan will guide decisions on the long-term physical, social, and economic development of Roselawn — ensuring it remains a vibrant, connected, and inclusive place to live, work, and invest.
Building on previous efforts, including the Bond Hill–Roselawn Plan (2019), the Plan offers an opportunity for residents and stakeholders to focus on Roselawn’s unique vision, priorities, and needs.
