Background
Downtown Cincinnati is the region’s economic, entertainment, cultural, and civic center—and it’s evolving. New development, major infrastructure investments, and changing office and market trends are reshaping how downtown looks, works, and feels. Cincinnati's last downtown plan was completed in 1986. Now is the time to plan for what comes next.
The City is working with consulting firm MKSK, the community, and various downtown stakeholders to create a new Downtown Master Plan that will guide growth, investment, and development for years to come.
