Apr 13, 2021
Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW), Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD), Stormwater Management Utility (SMU), and the Community Action Agency (CAA) are providing financial assistance to households who have fallen behind on their utility bills and rent.
GCWW, MSD, and SMU are partnering with the CAA to help customers in the community experiencing economic hardship due to COVID-19, receive the vital financial assistance they need. This program is possible through Federal Covid-19 Relief funds which will be made available, based upon eligibility, for utility bills and rent relief assistance.
The CAA’s Home Relief Program is now assisting City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County residents with rent, mortgage, utilities, water, sewage, stormwater, and trash.
