Proposed Zone Change from Residential Mixed (RMX) and Multi-family (RM-1.2) to Single-family (SF-4) at 3117 Victory Parkway in Walnut Hills

 

Background

The applicant, Walnut Hills Cemetery, is requesting a zone change for twenty-six (26) properties, totaling approximately 4.55 acres. The subject properties are vacant land owned by and adjacent to Walnut Hills Cemetery. The change in zoning would allow for the expansion of the cemetery and burial services.

  The meeting was held virtually on Zoom. (5) members of the public were in attendance, including representation from Walnut Hills Area Council.
  
  The purpose of this meeting was to share the project details and gather input and public comment to be used in staff’s report to the City Planning Commission. See materials below for the meeting's presentations.

  The City Planning Commission recommended approval of the zone change for 21 of the 26 requested lots.

  Council Chambers, Room 300

  The Equitable Growth and Housing committee voted to support the zone change proposal.

  Held in-person at City Hall
  Council Chambers, Room 300
  801 Plum Street, Cincinnati OH 45202
  
  The zone change ordinance was approved and signed.
