Proposed Lease of City-Owned Property at 1720 Race Street in Over-the-Rhine
Background
The City of Cincinnati plans to offer a 55-year lease with two ten-year renewal options to the Corporation for Findlay Market (CFFM) for the relocation of Market operations. CFFM was required to vacate their former office space at 19 W Elder as part of the Findlay Community Center project, necessitating a new space for Market operations. The leasing of the City-owned 1720 Race Street building would allow CFFM to relocate a portion of its operations into an existing building within proximity to the Market House.
