Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Training and Certification: GAP Training provide growers with the knowledge and tools needed to implement on-farm best management practices to reduce fresh produce safety hazards and ensure that their product is safe. GAP certification can demonstrate their compliance with food safety requirements to purchasers and retailers, enabling them to sell to certain buyers.
