Cincinnati Walks for Kids has evolved. It’s now called Go the Distance for Cincinnati Children’s 5K. The event will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019. In order to accommodate this event, the following streets will close on Saturday, September 14 at 830AM and remain closed until approximately 1200PM:

Joe Nuxhall Way- closed south of Freedom Way (Closes at 6AM)

Mehring Way- closed between Freeman Avenue and E. Pete Rose Way

Central Avenue- closed south of Third Street

W. Pete Rose Way- closed between Central Avenue and Gest Street

Third Street- eastbound closed between Gest Street and Central Avenue

Clay Wade Bailey Bridge- closed between Third Street and Second Street

Gest Street- closed south of Third Street

Linn Street- closed between W Fifth Street and Gest Street

Elm Street- closed south of Freedom Way

Johnny Bench Way- closed

E Pete Rose Way- westbound closed between Broadway and Johnny Bench Way
