The downtown block bounded by Vine, Walnut, 7th and 8th streets will be fully closed on Sunday, 8/23, from 6 AM to approximately 1-2 PM for a helicopter lift operation at 36 E 7th St. Law enforcement and flaggers will be on site to direct traffic. The Streetcar will be operating the OTR loop only during this time. Drivers should plan alternate routes and expect delays in the area during this window.
