Transit Centers & Systems

You can report issues related to transit centers and systems, the streetcar, and scooters through 311. A few things to know:

  • The bus transit system serving Cincinnati and Hamilton County is Metro. Metro is a non-profit, tax-funded public service of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA). You can report some types of issues regarding the condition of bus stops and transit centers through 311.
    • For assistance from Metro, contact their Customer Care Center at 513-632-7575.
  • Cincinnati's Streetcar system, known as the Connector, is managed by the City of Cincinnati's Department of Transportation & Engineering (DOTE).
    • You can report all issues related to this system through 311.

Located on Fifth Street between Walnut and Main streets, Government Square serves as Metro’s downtown transit hub. The City of Cincinnati, Metro, 3CDC, and other partners work together to make the center a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all transit riders.

Report a complaint regarding shared e-scooter parking and/or operation. 

Report a poor customer service experience while riding a streetcar vehicle or waiting at a station stop. 

Report issues related to accessing a streetcar vehicle or a station. 

When a streetcar vehicle is in need of cleaning or a specific response to spills, trash, or general uncleanliness, you can report it and 311 will route your request to DOTE. 

If you experience a civil rights violation while using the streetcar or its related infrastructure, 311 will route your complaint to DOTE. 

Report the streetcar missing a stop while you were waiting at a station or riding in the streetcar. 

Report any incident regarding the streetcar not arriving at the scheduled time while waiting at a station for the streetcar to arrive or while riding a vehicle.

Report criminal activity that took place in streetcar vehicles or stations.
