Apply for the Fall edition of 311Cincy Citizens Academy, held in September 2026. Gain insights into local government, experience a 24/7 call center, connect with city officials and fellow residents, and be a voice in shaping the future of municipal services in Cincinnati.

How to Apply
The 311 Citizens Academy will be conducted in four Wednesday evening (6-8pm) sessions in September 2026. Only apply if you can commit to attending all four sessions (September 2, September 9, September 16, and September 23). Applications will open in early July 2026, and 30 applicants will be invited to participate.
You must be at least 18 years old and must live or work in the City of Cincinnati to qualify.
Applications will close July 31st, 2026.
Academy Calendar
This program will meet in-person at various City facilities for four Wednesday evening (6-8pm) sessions in September 2026. The exact locations will be communicated to participants once the program has been finalized. There is no virtual option for this program.
