CRS 2025 Open Enrollment

If you wish to make changes to your healthcare coverage for 2025, you can do so between October 14^th to November 15^th. You can find the enrollment forms on our site by clicking on the Pensioners Dropdown, and then on Retiree Healthcare. When you are on the Retiree Healthcare page, you will have to scroll down to find the 2025 enrollment forms.

New for 2025, pensioners will have the option to choose between a Dental Basic plan, which maintains the current benefits, or the Dental Plus buy-up option. Please click the link below for a summary of the two plans. Pensioners will still have the opportunity during future open enrollments to alter their dental selection year to year.

Remember, you only need to complete an enrollment form if you wish to make changes for 2025. If you are satisfied with your current coverage selections, you do not need to do anything. If you are making changes, please indicate yes or no for each coverage.

Pensioners Enrolled in Member Direct

If you are enrolled in Member Direct, you must access your advice there. CRS will no longer be mailing monthly pension payroll advices to those enrolled in Member Direct.
