Proposed Major Amendment and Final Development Plan for PD-88 - Three Oaks in Oakley
Background
Neyer Properties is proposing a Major Amendment to the Concept Plan and Development Program Statement for the southwest lot of Planned Development #88 (PD-88), Three Oaks, for the purpose of increasing the allowable square footage of the previously approved senior apartment building. The proposed square footage would allow for a structured parking garage.
In addition to the Major Amendment for the senior housing building, Neyer Properties is also proposing a Final Development Plan for the lot in the northwest corner of PD-88. The proposed development would consist of two four-story apartment buildings with a total of 207 units and a club house. A Final Development Plan was previously submitted and approved for this portion of the site in 2022; however, the proposal at the time did not include building elevations for the two four-story apartment buildings or the club house. The Final Development Plan also includes the northeast of the site, where car condominiums were previously approved as a use, to allow for pergola structures to be built on the north side of the car condominiums. The Final Development Plan should substantially comply with the previously approved Concept Plan and Development Program Statement.
