Herschel Avenue will be closed between Observatory Ave and Principio Ave for two weeks starting 12/22/25. Local traffic will be allowed access via Observatory Ave while a raised crosswalk is constructed in front of Kilgore School. There will not be work done on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
