Sinton Campus Renovation Project RFP

Cincinnati Parks is preparing one of the most significant capital construction projects in our system, and we're looking for experienced construction firms to partner with.  

The complete redevelopment of our Sinton Avenue Operations Hub will transform a 2.5-acre campus through renovation of a 15,000-square-foot facility, construction of a new electricians building, and creation of a brand-new biochar production facility. 

This project includes, new HVAC and electrical systems, stormwater control, EV charging stations, and biochar, a cutting-edge environmental technology designed to capture carbon and grow healthier trees faster. 

If you're a certified business specializing in construction trades, this project includes MBE and WBE subcontracting goals.

A Pre-bid informational meeting will be held Wednesday, November 4th at 12:30 at the project site, 2080 Sinton Avenue, 4506.
