Background
The 2019 Housing Inventory for Walnut Hills is the first iteration of a City housing inventory for the Walnut Hills neighborhood. As an inventory, this report presents objective, quantitative data. This report does not draw conclusions, nor does it attempt to make correlative or causational arguments about the housing stock in Walnut Hills. The inventory is a tool that can be harnessed by neighborhood communities and bring together elected officials, City staff, neighborhood leaders, and residents. Additionally, by developing a replicable, accurate, relevant, and consistent methodology to complete the inventory, this project increases the organizational capacity of the City of Cincinnati.
