Planned Development #104 "Chick-fil-A" in Mt. Auburn

Background

UNION ON TAFT LLC is requesting a zone change from Office General Transportation Corridor (OG-T) to Planned Development (PD) in Mt. Auburn. The subject property is currently a multi-family building and surface parking. The proposal is to add a restaurant use at the southeast corner of the site that UNION ON TAFT LLC will lease to CHICK-FIL-A, INC.
