Proposed Planned Development at 2608-2622 Euclid Avenue in Corryville

Project Summary and Background

Kinglsey + Co. is requesting a zone change from Residential Mixed Use – Transportation Corridor (RMX-T) and Office General – Transportation Corridor (OG-T) to Planned Development (PD) for the properties located at 2608, 2612, 2614, 2620, and 2622 Euclid Avenue. The proposed zone change is an approximately 1.7029-acre site located at the northeast intersection of E. Corry Street and Euclid Avenue in Corryville. This application is for a Development Program Statement and Concept Plan. This will have to come back through the Final Development stage at a later date for the Planned Development Process.

More information regarding Planned Developments can be found here: Chapter 1429 - Planned Development Districts, Code of Ordinances.

The site currently consists of a vacant medical office building, single-family home student rentals, and two-family home student rentals. The proposed development would consist of approximately 172 student housing units ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, including four-bedroom townhomes. The proposed development would also include roughly 1 parking space per unit. The parking spaces would be located underneath a podium. The site is less than 0.25 miles from the University of Cincinnati’s main campus and close to multiple public transit options, including four bus stops.
