Grocery Delivery Pilot Program

The City of Cincinnati, in partnership with Kroger, launched the Grocery Delivery Pilot Program to help reduce barriers to food access for residents facing transportation and mobility challenges.

This pilot serves eligible households in the Winton Hills community, providing support to ensure consistent, convenient access to groceries.

The program provides enrolled households with $100 in monthly grocery credit and free Kroger Boost grocery delivery for 12 months, reducing out-of-pocket expenses, improving food access, reducing transportation barriers, and supporting residents’ ability to allocate resources toward other essential needs.

This pilot reflects the City’s commitment to removing structural barriers, testing innovative service delivery models, and advancing economic mobility through targeted, place-based solutions.
