Tobacco Retail Licensing (Tobacco 21)
The Tobacco Retail Licensing program issues licenses and monitors retail locations through periodic inspections and underage buy attempts (compliance checks).

- Identifying and registering unlicensed tobacco retailers.
- Reducing the occurrence of tobacco and tobacco paraphernalia sales to persons under 21 years of age.
