Incident Description:

CFD units were dispatched for a stove on fire at the above address. First arriving crews reported
smoke coming from the second floor windows of a 2 story high life hazard townhome. The resident
reported all occupants had evacuated the buiding. An aggressive attack was initiated with crews taking
lines to the second floor and extiguishing the within 10 minutes. Extensive overhaul was performed to
make sure the fire had not extended into the ceiling area. The smoke detectors in the structure were
working and alerted the residents of the fire. A fire investigator was called for and is on scene
conducting the investigation. The displaced family will be staying with relatives.
