Incident Description: 

Companies dispatched to a house on fire at the reported address. On arrival, companies observed fire
coming out of the back windows and the side windows on the second floor of a two story single family
home. Those companies took hoselines to the second floor and extinguished the fire in approximately
10 minutes. A search of the home revealed all occupants had evacuated prior to Fire Department
arrival. Companies remain on scene to check for fire extension in the walls and attic. The Cincinnati
Fire Investigation Unit was called to the scene and is currently conducting an ongoing investigation.
One dog was treated on scene for smoke inhalation by equipment provided by the Cincinnati Fire
Foundation.
