REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Housing Repair Services
The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, Department of Community Development is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced person(s), and/or agencies to provide Housing Repair Services to qualifying homeowners. These emergency services are to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergencies can be broken water lines, gas fumes, non running water, leaky roofs, improper wiring, broken furnace, etc.
PRE-SUBMITTAL BRIEFING CONFERENCE:
A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal briefing conference is scheduled for Monday, April 22, 2013 at 2:00 PM EDT, in the Department of Community Development (DCD), 805 Central Avenue, Two Centennial Plaza, Suite 700, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The conference will take place in the Griesel conference room.
