Some services listed are now coordinated by the Department of Opportunity and Resident Services (DORS).
The mission focus for DORS is to create economic opportunity and economic empowerment for City residents, particularly residents in need or that have been historically disadvantaged, by providing services to homeowners, tenants, small business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as residents experiencing homelessness. DORS leverages collaboration with established social sector partners and lenders to deliver services.
