Ohio River Trail: Congress to Wilmer

The Congress to Wilmer section of trail was officially opened to the public with a ribbon cutting on May 13th. The new trail segment connects to the existing Ohio River Trail to the west between Congress and Corbin, and to the existing Ohio River Trail to the east between Wilmer and Salem Ave.
