• Commercial waste includes curbside, private, and construction collection services from:
  • Multifamily buildings with 4 or more units
  • Commercial & industrial buildings
  • Construction industry
• It DOES NOT include collection from single family buildings or multifamily up to 3 units.

Process:

• The Office of Environment and Sustainability will investigate. If a hauler has been identified, appropriate measures will be taken to resolve the complaint.
