- The City of Cincinnati is not able to repair privately purchased and owned trash carts.
Process:
- Trash cart repair requests made between Monday through Thursday will be completed the following Friday.
- Place your cart on the curb Thursday after 5pm for repair on Friday. If you cart is not repaired by Friday 4pm, but your service request ticket remains open, please place your cart out for repair the following Fridays until the repair is completed.
- No trash cart repairs will occur on weeks with a city-observed holiday.
