• Identifying the name of the park, the location of the tree, and the description of the issue or concern will help the City to best respond to this request. 

Process:

• 311 will route the request to Cincinnati Parks who will evaluate your request for feasibility and priority. The Parks team will inspect the reported tree depending on the nature of the request and the severity of the tree related issue. A response and resolution may take longer depending on the severity of the issue, potential impact to public safety, and our current tree care related work orders across the system.

• Avoid broken tree limbs or tree limbs in danger of falling. Dial 9-1-1 in cases of immediate danger due to tree damage or conditions.
