  • Report any instances of a civil rights violation on a streetcar vehicle, station, or route, to the Department of Transportation and Engineering.

  • Complaints must be in writing and must be signed by the complainant or his/her representative. The Department of Transportation and Engineering will inspect or investigate the service request and contact you with instructions for completing the Title VI Complaint Form. You can also access this form yourself on our website at https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/streetcar/how-to-ride/title-vi/. You also have the right to complain directly to the appropriate federal agency.
  • You have 180 days from the date of the incident to file a complaint. 
  • Providing the streetcar vehicle number, station name, or other identifiable information will improve the City's ability to respond to the complaint.
