Service Request Type:

• Recycling cart, new/swap/missing

Used to:

• Request a new cart, swap your current cart for a different size, or report (and replace) a missing recycling cart.

More Information:

• We encourage you to use a 96-gallon recycling cart, especially if you are requesting a new/first time cart.
• The cart will be delivered in front of the property on your garbage day as availability allows.
• Do not use this request for a black trash cart or a yard waste cart.

Process:

• Delivery of new carts occurs on your next collection day of the week, regardless of whether or not it is your recycling week.
• If requesting a cart swap, please put your current cart out by the curb on your next regularly scheduled collection day (doesn't matter if it's your recycling week), or we will be unable to complete the swap. The crew that performs cart swaps is not the same crew that collects your recycling so your cart should remain at the curb until the swap has been completed.
