- Report a missed pick-up and request a collection for a green recycling cart due to a missed pick-up.

- If the request is made after collection week, your cart will not be collected until the next collection week. Prompt reporting can ensure a timely response to a missed pick-up.
- Please check your cart for signs of damage or a tag indicating damage or contamination. For damage, you can request a recycling repair. For contamination, follow instructions on the tag to resolve the contamination.
Process:
- If the request is made on collection week and after 5:00pm on your service day, please leave the recycling cart(s) at the curb for next 24-hours to allow for service.
