- The Department of Public Services does not repair potholes on privately owned streets.
- The highway as well as the entrance and exit ramps are owned and maintained by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Please report potholes on these locations to ODOT.
Process:
- Department of Public Services crews respond within two weeks - often within a few days. The repair timeline can be impacted during periods of high volume and/or inclement weather.
