Used when:

• Request a new curb ramp where one doesn't already exist, or repair of an existing curb ramp. Curb ramps are typically at street intersections, and make accessing a crosswalk or sidewalk more accessible.

Process:

• New curb ramp requests will evaluated for feasibility of crossing the street at the requested location. Not all requests for new curb ramps can be fulfilled based on location or existing conditions.
• Repair of curb ramp requests will be investigated and hazardous conditions will be addressed. Non-hazardous repair requests will be evaluated when street rehab is in the area.
