- You scheduled a bulk collection pick up date, but the items were not collected as scheduled, and you have verified that your items met the collections guidelines.

- Different items may be picked up by different trucks; do not request return to collect until 5:00pm on the scheduled pick-up day.
- Check to make sure you properly prepared items for collection. If items did not meet the guidelines as defined by DPS, they may not have been able to be collected when the truck arrived.
