How to Apply
The 311 Citizens Academy will be conducted in four Wednesday evening (6-8pm) sessions in March 2026. Only apply if you can commit to attending all four sessions (March 4, March 11, March 18, and March 25). Use the form below to apply to participate in the program.
You must be at least 18 years old and must live or work in the City of Cincinnati to qualify.
The deadline to apply is February 4, 2026.
Academy Calendar
This program will meet in-person at various City facilities for four Wednesday evening (6-8pm) sessions in March 2026. The exact locations will be communicated to participants once the program has been finalized. There is no virtual option for this program.
