Restart Schedule for Cincinnati Bell Connector Passenger Service
Aug 28, 2020
CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar will operate under a temporarily modified schedule when passenger service resumes Wednesday, September 2.
As a reminder, all passengers will be required to wear a mask or face covering on board streetcar vehicles, in accordance with the order from the State of Ohio. Children under the age of 6 and those with outlined medical conditions are exempt. In addition to wearing a mask, scarf or other facial covering while riding, streetcar passengers are asked to observe the following:
- Use the Transit App with EZFare for trip planning to avoid congregating at streetcar stations
- Spread out as much as possible (at least 6 feet) at station stops and while on board the streetcar
- Observe CDC safety guidelines including using hand sanitizer, washing hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, and covering coughs and sneezes with an elbow or tissue
The Streetcar Team is working to keep passengers safe by conducting rigorous daily cleaning of all streetcar vehicles and station stops.
Drivers and pedestrians are reminded to be aware of the operation of the streetcar vehicles as they make their way through Over-the-Rhine, the Central Business District and The Banks. Information on driving and parking along the streetcar route is available online at Cincinnati-oh.gov/streetcar
