CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati Bell Connector team and local authorities will conduct a series of emergency response exercises beginning June 11 at the Streetcar Maintenance and Operations Facility in Over-the-Rhine.

The drill and response training exercises will include a mock emergency scenario to practice response from first responders and other agencies.

These drills, along with various tabletop-style safety and security exercises performed throughout the year, are part of ongoing efforts to practice and improve the procedures for responding to real-life emergency scenarios.

Streetcar passengers and others in the vicinity of the Streetcar MOF may observe emergency response vehicles at the MOF or in the streets near the MOF during the dates and times of the exercise.  This is only a drill and is not a cause for alarm. Law enforcement was on hand to monitor the exercise and ensure safety at all times
