Tap Permits
This application should be filled out in its entirety, before submitting, to decrease any delays. Please bring the following items when applying for a storm to storm tap permit:
- Filled out application completed by a licensed MSD Sewer Tapper
- $40 application fee made out to the "City of Cincinnati"
- Detailed drawing of the tap connection
- Site plan of the property
- Approved building permit application
