The Department of Economic Inclusion is kicking off its inaugural Business Enterprise of the Month campaign. The first business to be recognized is E. Lee Trucking.
E. Lee Trucking, Inc. is a small minority-owned trucking company that provides hauling services of non-hazardous materials. E. Lee services the Tri-state area including, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
Upon learning of being named the City's first Minority business of the month, they were elated and honored. "Being certified with the city has helped to get our name out in the construction world which has helped to grow our business", said owner Eddie Lee. 'We've made a lot of great connections and friends along the way. The Certification has not only been a valuable tool but a blessing to me and my family.”
